Website Project for Poshaccent Academy

What do you do when your website doesn't turn out as expected?

I’m not very tech-savvy, so the idea of building a website scared me. Destiny made it simple. He handled the design, copy, and setup, asked the right questions, and made everything stress-free. The final site turned out even better than I imagined.

Bibi George, F.O PoshAccent Academy

Bibi George already had a website — but it wasn’t anywhere close to what she wanted

Bibi is a public speaking coach who helps people speak clearly and confidently. She came to me with a website that didn’t reflect her brand at all. The design felt off, the structure was confusing, and the copy didn’t sound like her.

Visitors left unsure about what she did and kept asking the same questions: What do you offer? Who is this for? How much does it cost?

She needed a clean, simple website that clearly explains her coaching, shows who she helps, and makes it easy for visitors to take the next step.

STEP 1

Research and Messaging Clarity

I started by diving deep into understanding Bibi’s audience and brand voice. This included:

  • Learning who her ideal clients are (parents, adults, schools)

  • Discovering the emotional wins her coaching provides (confidence, overcoming fear)

  • Gathering voice-of-customer language to use in the copy

This helped create messaging that sounds like Bibi and speaks directly to what her clients want.

STEP 2

Website Structure and Design Strategy

With clear messaging, I focused on building a website structure that guides visitors smoothly:

  • Separate coaching offers for Adults, Kids, and Schools — each with a dedicated page

  • Easy navigation and clear calls to action

  • Design following Bibi’s brand style for trust and professionalism

STEP 3

Design, Development & Functionality

Clear, Compelling Hero Section

I rewrote the hero section with a direct headline:
“Go from Struggling to Confident Speaker.”
This immediately tells visitors what transformation they get and matches Bibi’s confident brand tone.

Highlighting Emotional Benefits

Right under the hero, I created three focused sections:

  • Overcome Fear

  • Silence Doubts

  • Become Confident

These speak to the real emotional wins clients want, making the offer personal and relatable.

Design That Matches the Brand

Using Bibi’s brand style guide, I made sure colors, fonts, and visuals were consistent throughout. This builds trust and shows professionalism from the first glance.

Clear Service Options for Different Audiences

I split Bibi’s coaching into three clear categories:

  • Adult Coaching

  • Kids Coaching

  • School Coaching

Each category has a short intro and a clear link to a dedicated sales page. This helps visitors quickly find what suits them best.

Building Trust with Proof

I added a stats section showing:

  • 5,000+ students trained

  • 15+ years of experience

  • 99.5% satisfaction rate

Right after, a section explains how Bibi’s coaching is unique — practical, personal, and effective.

Setting Clear Expectations

Before signing up, visitors see what to expect from Bibi’s coaching:

  • Interactive classes

  • Personal support

  • Practical materials

  • Real transformation in confidence and communication

This is followed by a friendly intro to Bibi, with photo and background info, making the whole offer feel personal and trustworthy.

Value-Driven Pop-Up to Build Trust

Instead of a generic newsletter prompt, I created a benefit-focused pop-up offering free tips:
“Boost Your Speaking Confidence 3X Faster!”
This gives value upfront and helps build trust with potential clients.

Helpful Blog Content

Added a blog with practical advice on overcoming stage fright, improving phonics, and more. This positions Bibi as an expert and boosts site traffic.

Seamless Experience on Desktop and Mobile

I made sure the website looks great and works perfectly on both desktop and mobile devices.

Whether visitors are browsing on a big screen or their phone, the site adapts smoothly — images resize nicely, menus stay easy to use, and loading is fast.

This means no frustration for users, who can find what they need and shop without hassle — helping the business keep more happy customers and boost sales.

Where Posh Accent Academy Stands Now..

The website now truly sounds like Bibi — clear, confident, and professional. It helps her connect with parents, adults, and schools, building trust and growing her coaching business smoothly.
