A custom ordering workflow was built that replaces standard WooCommerce Add to Cart buttons with WhatsApp ordering buttons.
When a customer clicks the button, they are redirected directly to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing:
- Product name
- Product link
- Inquiry message
From the WordPress admin area, store owners can:
- Configure the WhatsApp number
- Edit message templates
- Change button text
- Apply the ordering workflow across product pages
This allows the business to handle sales conversations through WhatsApp while keeping product information, pricing, and catalogue management inside WooCommerce.
