VA Connect Hub is a UK-based virtual assistant company that helps businesses outsource administrative, marketing, customer support, bookkeeping, property management, and day-to-day business tasks.

The company serves businesses across multiple industries, including real estate, healthcare, construction, education, finance, insurance, logistics, and small businesses.

This project was not focused on selling products online.

The primary goal was helping potential clients:

  • Learn about available services
  • Understand the hiring process
  • Submit enquiries
  • Book consultations

The website was designed around moving visitors from discovery to conversation, whether through a consultation form or a scheduled meeting.

The Challenge

One of the biggest challenges was presenting a large number of services without making the website feel crowded.

The company supports different types of businesses, and each business has different needs.

For example:

  • A real estate company may need lead generation support
  • A healthcare business may need administrative assistance
  • A small business owner may need calendar and email management

The website needed to explain these services clearly while helping visitors quickly find information relevant to them.
